Q. When will my 1099 be mailed out?
A. Your 1099 was mailed on or before January 31.

Q. Why haven’t I received my 1099 yet?
A. 1099s are mailed out on or before January 31, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive your 1099 by February 15, please contact our Royalty Relations helpline by phone 800-220-5824, e-mail 1099escheat@nblenergy.com, or by mail,

Q. Why doesn’t the amount on my 1099 agree to the amount deposited in my bank or the amount of checks I received?
A. The amount on the 1099 is the gross amount of revenue you received throughout the year. Reportable income is the gross amount, not the net.

Q. Why are the taxes on my 1099 not reported in box 4 as Federal Income Tax Withheld or Box 16 as State Tax Withheld?
A. The taxes that are shown on your 1099 are production severance taxes and not Federal or State Taxes Withheld.

Q. How do I show the deductions on my tax return?
